The IRS announced the following shutdown schedule: 1040 MeF Production Shutdown/Cutover Schedule Shutdown begins on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 11:59 a.m. in order to prepare the system for the upcoming 2015 Filing Season. Business MeF Production Shutdown/Cutover Schedule Shutdown is tentatively scheduled to begin on Friday, December 26, 2014 at 12:01 p.m.
